in the following processes AT NO COST TO YOU!
WELDING
Meet all your welding needs with craftsmen who come to the
job trained, pre-tested and certified in six welding processes
in compliance with ASME, Section 9 Boiler Pressure Code
Standards. You may also request that they be tested in a
specialized procedure needed for your particular project.
ORBITAL WELDING
UA craftsmen are also trained in orbital welding for the
special needs of the semiconductor, biotechnology and
pharmaceutical industries. They come to you tested and
certified to comply with ASME, Section 9 Boiler Pressure
Code Standards.
MEDICAL GAS INSTALLATION
With lives on the line, you cannot tolerate improperly
installed medical gas systems in your health care facility.
We have certified professionals trained to install your
piping system in strict compliance with ANSI-NFPA
99 Codes.
REFRIGERANT RECOVERY (CFCs)
As an approved Environmental Protection 608 Technician
Certification Testing Agency, the UA provides the HVAC and refrigeration
industry with state-of-the-art technicians trained in refrigerant
recovery and leak detection and prevention.
VALVE REPAIR
Our craftsmen can help you improve efficiency, extend
the life of your plant and comply with environmental regulations. In the
intensive Valve Repair Program,
they lean to inspect, repair and replace valves in power plants,
manufacturing plants and other large facilities.
BACKFLOW TESTING AND REPAIR
Our Backflow Prevention Certification and Backflow Repair
and Maintenance Certification Programs prepare technicians
to test, repair, maintain and troubleshoot large diameter backflow
devices from all different manufacturers.
FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS INSTALLATION
Because your fire protection system must be failure proof, our
Sprinkler Fitters are trained in the procedure required to safely
install all types of sprinkler systems to comply with NFPA Standard 13.
HIGH PURITY PIPING SYSTEMS INSTALLATION
(CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IN PROGRESS)
This new UA Program will ensure that high purity requirements
in the semiconductor, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries are
met. Installers will be
certified for high purity and ultra pure piping systems installation.
